There were no issues to decide for Jefferson County’s Zoning Board, and the Planning Commission’s June agenda was so brief, business was rapidly expedited last Tuesday.

Commissioners unanimously approved a site plan on behalf of Ronnie Trent for a commercial building to be located on Highway 92 at Landfill Road. Trent owns various types of heavy construction equipment, which, except for that out on jobsites around Knox County, he has maintained on Hebron Church Road property.
