Robert (Bob) Rohner was involved with Joseph Papp, building engines for him.

He's been pursuing the technology since then, off and on.

Presently he is very actively involved in replicating the engine, making great progress.

Bob is a rival to his brother, John.

Bob Rohner Demonstrates "Plasma Cycle is Not Air Driven" - On September 9, Bob posted a 17:30 minute video showing the assembly, filling, and firing of his noble gas popper unit. No heat was generated, but work was performed in moving the cylinder against a spring and turning a motor from the air cycle created from the piston -- an clever, indirect motor application.
